DESCRIPTION
Preliminary Study.
Investigation and selection of general layout of the Upper and Lower Reservoir, the Powerstation and the Headrace Tunnel.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Upper Reservoir with effective volume of ~4,7 x 106 m3
- Lower Tank in the low cavity of the mine, with effective volume of ~4,7 x 106 m3
- H = 96,6 m
- Headrace tunnel with diameter D = 5,50 m, total length ~450 m and slope 5%
- Semi-outdoor Powerstation on the NW side of the Lower Reservoir in an existing stage of the mine, with three (3) same turbines type reversible Francis.
- Q = 3 x 54 = ~162 m3/s for production mode
- Q = 3 x 38,6= ~115,8 m3/s for pumping mode
- Minimum guaranteed production power: 112 MW
- Maximum production power: 148 MW
- Maximum pumping power: 148 MW
