The Company, satisfies these requirements in accordance with its Quality Management System and the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, providing all the necessary resources, both in logistics and human resources. At the same time, it strengthens its efforts to achieve its goals, through its commitment to continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Through the Quality System, the Company attempts to match its goals with the needs and expectations of its customers, which means :
- Quality in the services its providing. In addition, the company is committed to comply with the legislation relating to the products and services that it provides
- Commitment of the management to continuously improve the quality of the products and services it provides and in general all the processes related
- Achievement of objective and business quality goals (measurable) set at Management level, after each Review, and which may however be:

It is also the responsibility of the Company’s Management to ensure that the Quality Policy is implemented with the purpose of constantly developing its business activity (with firm commitment to its principles), offering its customers excellent and constantly improving quality services and products.

- internal inspections that statistically process the Quality System data and clearly define any necessary
