Demarcation and river training works studies along :

• downstream part of r. Platanias ~2,8 Km long
• downstream part of the tributary r. Ag. Markos ~ 1 Km long

Study stages : Main study, Final Design with Tender documents and Health and Safety Plan

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Total length of river been studied : L ~2,9 Κm  along r. Platanias and ~1 Km along r. Ag. Markos
• Catchment area : Α = 117 Km²
• Design floods :
  • Q₅₀ = 375 and 426 m³/s along r. Platanias
  • Q₅₀ = 62 m³/s alonf r. Ag. Markos
