Preparing Tender Documents for the assignment of the “Consulting Engineer Services for the preparation study for the renovation of the existing SHP of Louros”.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The existing SHP of Louros comprises :

• Overflow concrete gravity dam, with height ~20 m and crest length of ~90 m
• Reservoir capacity: ~1 x 10⁶ m³
• Penstock:
  • Tunnel D = 2,70 m, L = 1.433 m
  • Reinforced concrete pipe DN2700, L = 177 m
  • Steel pipe DN2400 and DN2100 mm, L = 182 m
• Reinforced concrete surge tank D = 10 m, H =  18 m
• Power station with three (3) Francis units, with total nominal flow of 23,29 m³/s, effective head of ~58 m and install power capacity ~10 MWe
